Q: What are your business hours?
A: BGG Business Hours are Monday-Friday. 10AM-5PM EST. Closed weekends + holidays.
Q: What is your turn around time?
A: Turn around time for all services excluding web designing services is 5-7 Business Days. Business days to not include national holidays or weekends.

Web designing services take 10-14 Business Days.
Q: What is your turn around time for revisions?
A: Regular Revision time is an additional 1-2 Business Days.
Q: I don't have an idea yet, can I purchase?
A: BGG 100% recommends waiting until you have all content and wording prepared and ready to send over to begin
designing. If you are not design ready BGG strongly encourages you to wait. Being design ready will help expedite the process and less chance for revisions.
Q: What files are provided when purchasing a logo?
A: The files that will be provided are the following:

Q: Can I request a refund?
A: NO REFUNDS! Due to the nature of these products/services please know before purchasing that refunds are not eligible. By purchasing an item you are agreeing to this no-refund policy. No exceptions. If you no longer like your project you can make BGG aware within the first 72HRS of receiving the final project. I will work with you until you like your project. As stated previously, if you fail to make me aware within 72HRS of receiving the final project it is no longer valid for re-editing and the project is considered complete.
Q: Will I be updated through out the design process?
A: It is important the client understands the designer works best in a non-disturbance atmosphere. You will be provided with a preview on the 7th Business Day at the latest.
Q: I have my logo but the background isn't transparent, will this work?
A: No it will not work. I can only work with files that are PNG/SVG/EPS/AI for logos. They have a transparent background. If you only have a JPEG file, I suggest purchasing a logo from us and then proceeding with the design service after the logo is completed.
Q: What do I need to do to have my website ready for you to work on?
A: Some website builders charge a fee to feature services like a booking calendar or to have unlimited products for customers to choose from. These fees are not included in your web designing packages, so please be sure to purchase the correct plans for your website before purchas
